Luxury Onsite Accommodation.

Due to it’s size our Motorhome is ideally suited as short or long term Luxury Onsite Accommodation.

We deliver to site and set up as required.

It has been used on remote work sites, as race track or real estate corporate office,remote wedding accommodation,trade show display facility and general holiday accommodation. Also available as emergency accommodation following fire or flood damage to you existing property possible covered by your home insurance.You name it,we should be able to help.

It was built in Victoria in 2007 by an experienced coach builder.

It is fully self contained with 1000 litres of fresh water and grey water holding tanks. It has a remote start generator that is only required to run the air conditioners,dishwasher and washing machine when plug in power is unavailable. The rest of the time it can run from the solar system.

Due to it’s height it provides excellent views from the forward living areas.

Full size bathroom with ceramic flush toilet.

Large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,gas stove and cook top.

Cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, linen etc available

Full size fridge and freezer and microwave in Kitchen

Block out privacy blinds on all windows

Fly screens on all opening windows

TV in both living area and main bedroom

Stereo/DVD player in living room

Separate main bedroom with Queen Bed

One set of single bunk beds

DVD players above bunk beds

2 reverse cycle air conditioners

Can sleep up to 6 using convertible front lounge

Per KM delivery rate will apply.

Can arrange pick up and delivery of passengers to onsite location.(Max 8)

Discount if onsite power is available.

Access to site needs to be considered due to size and weight.

It is 12m long,2.4m wide and 4.3m high, weighing approx 20 tonne.

Please enquire by email as our rates change depending on when ,where and for how long it is required.

Your insurance is included in our price but in the event of a claim you will be responsible for the excess.

A fully refundable cleaning/security deposit will be charged with each booking.

Please make note if Power, Water and Waste Disposal are available on site and that the access is suitable for such a large and heavy vehicle.

We no longer offer self drive hires due to insurance costs.

We can supply a driver at addition cost.
